Matri-Archi(tecture)© is an association that hosts a network of spatial practitioners dedicated to the development of African spatial education, offering a site for artistic collaboration through design, art and architectural research projects. Matri-Archi(tecture) is a Verein based in Zürich, Switzerland.
The association is a not for profit initiative.
In this Privacy Policy, ‘MA’, ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to Matri-Archi(tecture).
We believe that your privacy is of uttermost importance to us and have set out this Privacy Policy to state what data we collect from you, how we intend to use, store and protect your information.

• Newsletter subscription
In order for us to send you our newsletters, we require that you provide us with your email address. One of our core priorities is to stay in contact with you. We do not request any other information at the point of subscription.
At any point in time if you wish to unsubscribe, the option to do so will appear in our newsletter.
Indirect information provided by you:
By way of interacting with our website, information associated with your activity is automatically collected on our system. This data usage information may include browser type. IP address and geographic location. This information is not associated with your personal information. This information may be shared with third parties and used internally for our analytical understanding of our viewership and visitors.
2. How do we use your information?
As mentioned in information collection type, we use your information for the main purposes of contacting you through our newsletter. We do not share the direct information you have provided us with (email address) outside of our organization.

We will store your personal information (email address) indefinitely. However if you opt out of receiving our newsletters, your personal information will be deleted.
We store your information on our servers which to our knowledge are secure. We prioritise your privacy but cannot guarantee complete security.
